Nick Campbell

Nick Campbell is a California-licensed real estate broker with over a decade of experience in commercial, residential and retail properties sales and rentals, including REO properties.

Nick is also a licensed attorney in California and Arizona and his separate legal practice focuses on real estate, construction and homeowner association law.  A California native, he grew up in San Diego and moved to Los Angeles in 1998.

Nick graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 1992 with a B.A. in Political Science and graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1996.  He was licensed to practice law in California in 1996 and in Arizona in 2004 and became a real estate broker in 2004.

He is an active member of the American Bar Association, the National, California and Inland Empire Associations of Realtors and various other trade specific organizations.  He was twice named a Rising Star among California “Super Lawyers” and Martindale-Hubbell gives him its highest rating of “AV” qualified.  Nick has served on the board of directors for a nonprofit legal corporation which represents dependent minors in San Diego County.

As the broker-officer for Sun Quest Real Estate Services, Inc., Nick oversees the operations and transactions of the agents, advises on policy and procedures for the company in regards to agent transactions along with assisting in the training of new agents.
